Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yoni mobile application, website(s), and related services (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Yoni (ABN 38 685 587 231) (“Yoni”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2) Not medical advice

The Services provide general information and cycle-tracking tools. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle predictions and phase estimates are estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the Services for contraception or medical decisions. Always seek advice from a qualified health professional.

3) Accounts and security

You may create an account using email/password and/or Apple/Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

4) Permissions (optional)

Some features require permissions, which you can choose to grant or deny, and manage at any time via your device settings:

  • Camera (to scan QR codes/barcodes)

  • Notifications

  • Apple Health / HealthKit (if you choose to connect)

5) Scanning, rewards, and offers

The Services may allow you to scan barcodes and/or QR codes on products or packaging, interact with content, and access offers and rewards.

Scan and reward eligibility may be assessed using backend logic (including uniqueness checks, caps, timing windows, and anti-fraud rules). Duplicate/invalid scans may still display content but may not count toward rewards.

6) Rewards Program Terms

This section applies to points, vouchers, discounts, experiences, perks, and other benefits offered through the Services (“Rewards”).

6.1 Promotional nature (no cash)
Rewards are promotional and not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

6.2 Earning and eligibility
Rewards may be earned through scans, streaks, milestones, and other activities described in-app. Limits, caps, eligibility criteria, and timing rules may apply and will be described in the app.

6.3 Redemption and third-party fulfilment
Some Rewards are offered or fulfilled by third parties (brands, venues, partners, or affiliate networks). Those third parties may set additional terms (availability, exclusions, expiry, booking requirements). Yoni is not responsible for third-party fulfilment, availability, returns, or service quality.

6.4 Anti-fraud and misuse
We may withhold, reverse, cancel, or void Rewards, and/or suspend/terminate accounts, where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or gaming (including automation/bots, repeated scanning to exploit the system, multiple accounts, or resale/transfer of Rewards).

6.5 Changes
We may change, suspend, or end the Rewards Program (or specific Rewards) at any time to the extent permitted by law. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes.

7) Partner offers, affiliate links, and commission reporting

Some offers may be provided via affiliate networks (e.g., Commission Factory and similar services). If you click out to a partner site, that third party may collect information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive commission or redemption reporting from partners/affiliate networks, but we do not provide partners with your logged cycle entries.

8) Content, links, and third-party rights (videos/podcasts/thumbnails)

The Services may link to, display, or preview third-party content (including videos, podcasts, articles, titles, thumbnails, cover art, and metadata). All third-party content is owned by its respective rights holders. Yoni does not claim ownership. Links/previews are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. We may remove links/previews at any time.

IP complaints: If you believe content in the Services infringes your rights, contact hello@yonistore.com with details of the material and your claim.

9) Acceptable use

You must not:

  • misuse the Services, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with scan/reward logic;

  • reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the Services;

  • create multiple accounts or use bots/automation to obtain Rewards;

  • use the Services unlawfully or in a way that harms others.

10) Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Services (including software, designs, branding and content we create) is owned by Yoni or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

11) Account deletion, suspension, and termination

You may request deletion of your account:

We may retain limited information where required by law or for security/fraud prevention.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

12) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in-app notice). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
